Mental Health Support Rooted in Culture, Community, and You

A space where your story, your roots, and your healing all belong.

Care That Meets You Where You Are

Family Therapy
$180.00

Family therapy creates a space where every voice matters. We work with the whole family system — honoring cultural values, exploring inherited trauma, and building healthier communication across generations. Drawing from IFS, we help each family member understand their role within the family system and move toward collective healing. This is especially meaningful for first-generation families navigating two worlds at once. Sessions are $180 per family.

Couples Therapy
$180.00

Couples therapy offers a space where both partners feel heard, not judged. Using IFS and EMDR, we explore relational patterns, heal past wounds that show up in your relationship, and build deeper connection and communication. This is especially supportive for couples navigating cultural differences, immigration stress, intergenerational conflict, or trauma that impacts intimacy. Sessions are $180 per couple.

Individual Therapy
$180.00

One-on-one therapy sessions tailored to your unique story. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, we work to heal trauma, reduce anxiety and depression, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. IFS helps you understand the different parts of yourself with compassion rather than judgment. EMDR helps process painful memories that keep you stuck. Sessions are $180 and conducted in a safe, culturally affirming space.

Rooted in Your Experience, Not Just Your Symptoms

Therapy here isn’t one-size-fits-all. Cesar Rodriguez brings both clinical training and lived cultural understanding to work with clients facing anxiety, depression, and trauma — honoring who you are, where you come from, and where you’re going.
